The location was great. I was close enough to everything I needed. The hotel staff was great and the cleaners did an amazing job. But the hotel itself could do with some makeover. Inside the room, there was a musty strong smell for the first two days. Carpets are not always the best idea. Corner to corner carpets are a bad idea. How often can they be cleaned? There is a need for some interior design revamp. I had a comfortable stay but I was working, leaving in the morning and returning night time. For holiday, I would not chose it.

Excellent hotel The Marco Polo with excellent location located at the Deira city center,extremely clean & comfortable . Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ms Zara ,she makes our trip more interesting with her advices & tips about the city ,supermarket ,shops,restaurants bars are within walking distance. Would definetely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again Ildico for going just that little step extra for the guests!!! I will Specially Mention one Name Mr Suraj Jha, Professional with Dashing Personality who really Personally assisted and Escorted to room Thanks to All and Surely will Visit Soon

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay For the staff, All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with two six year olds and lots of luggage Waseem i found him very helpful guy and he guided me near by the areas also, One of the Best Staff I encountered Mr Suraj, and i specially will Mention his Name which I Saw him always energetic and professional and talking to each and every Guest for his stay experience - (Mr Suraj) Waseem assisted me with room aminities and their use also as we stayed for a week with my wife and kids and we really enjoyed in at Marco Polo Deira Dubai.

They were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check in early at like 10am. We got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there. wonderful experience at the MarcoPolo. I like one more thing which they Serves Cookies For All Guest Delicious Cookies, Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues! Will very Specially Thankful to Mr Suraj Jha for his excellent Efforts, Very Passionate and Professional Will visit Again.

This is very good option for stay at Marco polo, if u you want to stay near by the markets & shopping area. Front office staff was too good. And give best service to the guest. Always smile in the face. Specially Mr Suraj check in procedure is very good & fast . Allot me the room very fast . And give very good room with a nice view.'ll stay with my friends for one day . Food was also good & tasty.. service is very fast.. The lady Zahra she is fantanstic she helped a lot for Everything I will recommend this hotel I will make sure I will visit this again..

Very Good and polite front office staff Specially Front Office Manager Mr Suraj Jha with a good hospitality. Very Humble Person Towards Guest service, Hotel is very beautiful with many recreation facilities like The Kawa and Dates special one more thing i saw the Cookies they serve in lobby which was very Yummy Food is very tasty and reasonable.Thank you once again for your amazing hospitality. We stayed 2 nights at this property and it was great! More than the Hotel and the Staff itself, it is worth going again for the people working there. From Reception and the person in charge (Mr Suraj Jha, He Was very friendly, Professional, hospitable and accommodating.) We really enjoyed our stay. Overall the hotel is very well maintained and kept very clean Rooms, Thanks and very soon am visiting again will expect Mr Suraj Jha 😊

Surprised my son named Marco Polo Jr a 1st birthday cake and greetings from all the staff . Thank you so much Marco Polo Hotel management and staff. We had well accommodated at Kitakits Kafe and Klubb. We have a great experience.
