Marco Polo Hotel

While this property is at the affordable end, the main attraction is that it has everything you need. Even if these are very basic, it’s all there. The best part about this hotel was that the staff really tried to help and solve problems. I had a little crisis, and they solved it immediately. Most notably, I must mention the two Jennifers who work at the reception. One is an African, and the other is Indian. They were both outstanding, and went out of their way to make sure that I had the solutions that I needed. I would rate them both very highly.

The staff is really what has me coming back ♥️🌟 this location has a great set of people, they are wonderful and so sweet and always working hard !! It is also busy at this location and the employees are just so nice thanks to Jennifer she is just so amazing and the best..

All facilities were to my satisfaction.

I want to say thank you to beautiful and lovely Jennifer…she made me feel like at home in Marco Polo Hotel! She was always so friendly, smiling, sincerely and helpful…I didn’t get sad even from some minuses in the room and breakfast… I wanted to stay there more coz her. But I recommend to hotel improve menu in morning especially, because by same price I had much more better breakfast in another hotel in that area. But generally atmosphere is very friendly in Marco Polo, because of very nice people working there.
